Maple Forge Tackle provides a 1-year limited warranty on all manufactured products against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty covers structural integrity and material failures under normal fishing conditions. It does not cover damage due to misuse, modification, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
Return and Exchange Procedures
Unused, stock items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original packaging and condition. Cancellation and Refund Policies
Clients may cancel custom orders within 7 days of deposit for a partial refund, minus any costs already incurred (materials ordered, design time). After 7 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable. For stock items, cancellations are possible before shipping. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
